Super clean 9,000 mile engine with a new gasket!
This stupid gasket took a week to get here.
ENGINE PARTS ERRYWHERE
Super stealthy starter button integrated into the side of the triple tree. This needs rewired. The starter solenoid is broken and the previous owner had the starter button wired as the solenoid. So 30 amps through a button. YIKES.
It’s starting to resemble a bike again though! One of the floats was stuck open and took a couple knocks to free... hopefully some seafoam will take care of that. I also need to rethink my wireless ignition relay. The screw terminals aren’t clamping the wires well enough and they’re pulling out. I might just solder the damn things.
